Belt Conveyors
Belt conveyors are widely used in various industries for assembly, testing, debugging, packaging, and transportation of objects. The conveying equipment includes belt conveyors, which are economical logistics equipment for forming a rhythmic assembly line. Belt conveyors can be divided into heavy belt conveyors and light belt conveyors. They have a strong conveying capacity, long distance, simple structure, and easy maintenance. They can conveniently implement programmed control and automatic operation. They run at high speed, are stable, have low noise, and can transport items below 100 kg or powdery and granular items up and down slopes.
Screw Conveyors
The screw conveyor is a type of continuous conveying equipment used in various industries due to its small size, excellent performance, reliable operation, safety, and ease of maintenance. It can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel and comes in different conveying widths ranging from 200mm to 600mm. Single drives can reach up to 6 meters, while multiple units can be connected in series up to a height of 20 meters. It is suitable for use in industries such as beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. The G screw conveyor can carry up to 750kg for carbon steel and 600kg for stainless steel.
Roller Conveyors
The powered roller conveyor is also known as the free roller conveyor. The non-powered roller table line is mainly composed of a frame, rollers, outriggers, and adjusting feet. It is generally used for manual operation and is applied to transport small and light items. Worktables can be added on both sides of the roller conveyor, and light stands can be installed on top to form a product assembly line. The inner width of the roller line can be specified by the customer and made according to their needs. The standard turning radius is 300, 600, 900, 1200mm, etc., but other special specifications can also be adopted. The diameter of the roller used for the straight section roller is 38.50, 60, 76, 89mm, etc. The thrust of the turning roller is designed according to the weight, dimensions, line speed, etc. of the conveyed objects.
