Hollow Paddle Dryer (KJG for short) is a sludge indirect drying equipment by steam or hot oil that goes through the hollow paddle and shaft. The final sludge cake moisture content could be evaporated and decrease down from 60% to 10%.
KJG is the short name for hollow padded dryer, it is a indirect contact sludge dryer by heat sources go through the hollow paddle (blade) and hollow shaft, then the sludge cake will be evaporated and lose moisture content to target value
Dewatered sludge cake feeded into the dryer by screw conveyor, heat source will be drafted into the hollow shaft with paddles
Heat soruces fully filled hollow shaft with paddles rotating and conduct the heat to sludge cake, and the moisture content of it will evaporated
The induced draft fan will lead the hot air and dust internal the dryer to Water dust scrubber with plate type heat exchanger.
Dried sluge particles will be discharged by gravity and collected by weaving bags or sludge silo
